  1.  SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Grand Slam Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 2, 2023 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on September 27, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes consists of a series of random drawings, which includes four (4) monthly entry periods and one (1) Grand Prize entry period (each, an “Entry Period”) as defined below in Section 3. All Entry Periods start at 12:00 a.m. ET and end at 11:59 p.m. ET.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry (“Entrant”). Employees of Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (d/b/a MassMutual®) (“Sponsor”), Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”), Excel Sports Management, MLB Entities (defined below), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners and prize suppliers (collectively, “Released Parties”), and their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses) and household members of each (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

  3. HOW TO ENTER/ODDS/RANDOM DRAWINGS: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://sweepstakes.massmutual.com/4zcyusx3?L=Full+Page&JC=dja (“Website”) and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form, including a brief survey, to receive one (1) entry into the corresponding monthly Entry Period and the Grand Prize Entry Period (only for entries received by August 23, 2023) (collectively, an “Entry”). Entries received after August 23, 2023 will not be eligible for the Grand Prize Entry Period. Limit one (1) Entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All Entries and components thereof become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Four (4) separate monthly random drawings and one (1) Grand Prize drawing will take place on or about the random drawing dates listed in the chart below to select the number of winners for each Entry Period from among all eligible Entries received during that respective Entry Period. Random drawings will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the drawings. The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible Entries received during each Entry Period. Nonwinning entries for any monthly Entry Period will be carried forward to subsequent monthly Entry Period(s).

  4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that Entrant's Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. Normal internet access and data charges imposed by your internet/wireless phone service provider may apply. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the Entry process are void. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected Entries, which will be disqualified. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar Entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, sweepstakes entry services to create fraudulent email addresses and/or identities) will void all Entries by that Entrant. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the email account used to enter will be deemed the Entrant. “Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential Grand Prize winners and Monthly Prize winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder associated with the Entry.

  5. WINNER NOTIFICATION/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Potential Grand Prize winners will be notified via email and will be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (where legal) (“Prize Documents”). The Prize Documents will be sent to the email address submitted at time of registration. Potential Grand Prize winners must sign and return Prize Documents via email/DocuSign link within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or Grand Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner may be selected, time permitting. Monthly Prize winners will be notified via email and will be required to respond via email with a valid mailing address and verify eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or Monthly Prize may be forfeited and an alternate Monthly Prize winner may be selected. All Event tickets and seats are Sponsor-specified (which are subject to change), and must be used on specified event date or Grand Prize will be forfeited. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets. Event tickets are subject to availability, and certain restrictions may apply. If a Grand Prize winner is unable to attend the Event on the date specified by the Sponsor, Grand Prize will be forfeited and another Grand Prize winner may be chosen, time permitting. Moreover, a prospective Grand Prize winner/guest must (i) meet any venue restrictions established by any government or government agency, venue or Sponsor, (ii) pass any medical tests or other requirements at any time required or recommended by any government agency, venue, or Sponsor, including without limitation, passing one or more COVID-19 antigen and screening tests and testing negative for COVID-19 or providing documentation of COVID-19 vaccine(s) and (iii) execute any assumption of risk or other documents relating to COVID-19 or the Grand Prize winner/guests may not be able to attend any Event. Major League Baseball game, Event date and time are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified on the ticket. Grand Prize winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. The venue reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any Grand Prize winner or Grand Prize winner’s guest(s) who it deems may, in its sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, or may bring the venue into disrepute. Travel, transportation, lodging, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included with the Grand Prize prize and are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities (as defined below) reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to a Grand Prize winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Event. The MLB Entities will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball Event or game. Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., MLB Media Holdings, Inc., MLB Media Holdings, L.P., MLB Online Services, Inc., the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, Major League Baseball Clubs (hereinafter, "MLB Entities").

  6. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): 
    • Two (2) Grand Prizes: Two (2) tickets to the Boston Red Sox home game on September 24, 2023 (“Event”), including a VIP pregame experience, a Sponsor-specified autographed Boston Red Sox jersey, and a Sponsor-specified gift bag (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Total ARV of each Grand Prize is $790.00 each. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person/email address.
    • Fifteen (15) Monthly Prizes [Three (3) Monthly Prize winners in June; three (3) Monthly Prize winners in July; three (3) Monthly Prize winners in August; and six (6) Monthly Prize winners in September]: Each Monthly Prize winner to receive one of the following Monthly Prizes - one (1) Baseball signed by Rafael Devers (ARV $100); one (1) Boston Red Sox jersey signed by Kike Hernandez or Kenley Jansen (ARV $300); or one (1) a Boston Red Sox jersey signed by Rafael Devers (ARV $300). Sponsor will determine which Monthly Prize each winner will receive. Limit one (1) Monthly Prize per person/email address.
    •     Grand Prizes and Monthly Prizes will be collectively referred to as (“prize” or “prizes”). Grand Prize winners and Monthly Prize winners will be collectively referred to as (“winner” or “winners”). Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution is permitted, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winners are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state or local taxes on the prizes. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically provided herein are the responsibility of each winner. No more than the number of prizes referenced in these Official Rules shall be awarded.
  7. GENERAL RULES: No transfer, assignment, substitution or cash equivalent for any prize will be permitted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor due to prize unavailability for any reason. In such circumstance, an alternate prize of equal or greater value will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation will be provided. The Released Parties assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. If an Entrant submits more than the stated number of Entries permitted, and/or if the Sponsor suspects that an Entrant attempted to obtain additional Entries by using multiple email addresses, registrations, identities or any other method, all Entries submitted by the Entrant may be declared null and void. Entrants agree to release, discharge and hold harmless Released Parties from and against any and all liability (including damages caused or claimed to be caused) arising out of participation and/or acceptance/use of a prize, and agree to be bound by the Official Rules and Administrator’s/Sponsor’s decisions, which are final. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner’s names and/or likenesses and Entries for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners’ list, unless prohibited by law. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the English version of the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All Entry material submitted will not be returned. The Released Parties are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the Sweepstakes material, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. NOTICE: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. The Released Parties are not responsible for faulty, incorrect, undeliverable or mistranscribed phone/email transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer, phone/device related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the Sweepstakes, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address will be deemed to be the Entrant. “Authorized email account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders associated with the Entry. The Released Parties assume no responsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by a user's Internet service provider and/or email client or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, misconduct or technical failures threaten the integrity of the Sweepstakes; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration or security of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor/Administrator, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination, the drawings for the prizes will be conducted from among all eligible Entries received for each drawing prior to termination. Any damage made to any website by an Entrant will be the responsibility of the Entrant and/or the authorized email account holder of the email address. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Winners are responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

  8. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Sponsor reserves the right to make all decisions in its sole discretion arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, and the decisions by Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited, you agree that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the commonwealth of Massachusetts; (b) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) notwithstanding the foregoing, you waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the commonwealth of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the laws of the commonwealth of Massachusetts or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than commonwealth of Massachusetts.

  9. PRIVACY: Any personal information that an Entrant provides in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be used by Sponsor and Administrator to administer this Sweepstakes, contact Entrants, and for the other purposes set forth in the Sponsor’s privacy policy located https://www.massmutual.com/protecting-your-information. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to and accept that privacy policy. If Entrant authorizes, by opting in, Sponsor may provide Entrant with information relating to products, services and Sweepstakes of Sponsor and affiliates of Sponsor.

  10. WINNERS LIST REQUEST: For the winners’ list, available after October 31, 2023, send an email to: winners@dja.com with “Grand Slam Giveaway Winners and 11-2880-01” as the subject line. Winners List will be sent after the prizes have been awarded.
